Baked Avocados
Ingredients
2 Medium ripe Hass avocados
3 Spring onions cut into slices
1 Pepper, cut into small pieces
1 Chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 Tomatoes, diced
120g Cheddar cheese, grated
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Serves

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° C
- Prepare the avocados by cutting lengthways all the way around the stone.
- Do not pull the two halves apart
- Wrap the avocados in tin foil and then place in the oven for approximately 40 minutes
- Place all other ingredients, except the Worcestershire sauce, into a bowl
- Remove the avocados from the oven, pull apart removing the stone
- Spoon the mixture into the middle of each avocado half
- Place the avocados under the grill for approximately 10 minutes or until golden
- Remove from the grill and add a dash of Worcestershire sauce before serving
